Packaging

Packaging is critical to consumer ready product suppliers but also to bulk processors to eliminate down time and ensure seamless product flow. At Food4Change we employ state of the art equipment in large scalable facilities to ensure we can meet every packaging need.

Here is a sampling of our capabilities:

• Bottling lines (6 different lines) for oil, liquids, spreads and creams
• Nitrogen dosing for product freshness and shipping durability
• BOV (bag on valve) spray cans for cooking and other oils
• Jar filling lines for spreads and creams
• Dry fill lines for seeds, proteins and fiber
• Bulk fill stations for all products (totes, barrels, bags, buckets and more)
• Blow mold operation for a limitless variety of custom PET bottles and jars to suit client marketing needs

We are able to either manufacture or source all bottle types, PET, HDPE and glass; but our specialty is PET plastic as we blow our own bottles from pre-forms. This allows us the greatest flexibility to meet deadlines and customize solutions to make our partner products stand out on store shelves and online catalogs.

Here are a sampling of container sizes available we have produced product into date:

• 1000 Litre totes (Liquid & Dry)
• 210 Litre drums
• 20 Litre/4 Litre containers
• 11.34kg & 25kg woven poly bags as well as poly lined paper bags
• 10 oz/12 oz/16 oz/20 oz/30 oz/32 oz/1.38 Litre bottles (and all equivalencies – metric/imperial)
• 227 g – 1 kg stand up pouches
• up to 3lb vacuum sealed clear poly bags

There are few limits to possible container sizes for products we can supply from our production lines. If there is a packaging type that we currently do not have equipment for we look at these opportunities on a case by case basis. We will be happy to work with you to develop the ideal size for your market.
